We had a private dinner at Muya and it was an incredible experience. Ceci is an amazing and passionate chef. She explained a lot about the Manabí kitchen and heritage of the dishes. Our favorites were the tuna tartar, octopus and the lomo steak.

If you are looking for a special evening, and a restaurant that elevates and innovates traditional Manabi food, look no further.We had an amazing experience from start (tuna tartare and another yummy fish carpaccio dish), to entree- the steak in corn sauce (I could write songs about the salsa de maiz) and the pulpo stuffed with local sausage, to dessert....Everything was perfect.
